Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CPIC/Portfolio Analyst to join our team at ROC Implementation and Management, Inc. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate and resolve complex, mission-critical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, track, maintain, consolidate, and analyze data sets related to varying OCIO budget portfolios.
  • Support and advise on CPIC, PIR, IT Portfolio Management processes.
  • Analyze cost data and investment performance metrics to inform decision-making and support the optimization of IT investments.
  • Lead efforts to update processes, review policies, and implement improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of IT capital planning and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with senior staff and perform independently on technology and consulting projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a 4-year accredited college or university.
  • Minimum five years' CPIC work experience.
  • Five (5) years' experience supporting federal government clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous, client-facing, professional services experience.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of data analytics and advanced Excel skills.
  • Clear and concise written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and creating dashboards.
  • Familiarity with financial methods/computations.
