CPIC/Portfolio Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled CPIC/Portfolio Analyst to join our team at ROC Implementation and Management, Inc. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate and resolve complex, mission-critical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, track, maintain, consolidate, and analyze data sets related to varying OCIO budget portfolios, including IT Portfolio, Capital Investment Funds, and Cyber Capital Investment Funds.
- Support and advise on CPIC, PIR, IT Portfolio Management processes, ensuring compliance with OMB requirements and processes.
- Analyze cost data and investment performance metrics to inform decision-making and support the optimization of IT investments.
- Lead efforts to update processes, review policies, and implement improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of IT capital planning and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with senior staff and perform independently on technology and consulting projects, facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, building direct working relationships with ROCIMG and client teams.
- Gather primary and secondary data researched through a range of research methodologies, analyzing and synthesizing information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions.
- Develop written work products, such as process improvement, training content, presentations, research papers, financial analyses, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
- Develop communications tailored to specific audiences, working in agile, collaborative environments and driving independent workstreams within broader project teams.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or university.
- Minimum five years' CPIC work experience, with five years' experience supporting federal government clients.
