We are ont he search or a talented individual to join our team as a full-time Department Manager position that will lead our Bakery Department.

As the key leader accountable for the department performance, you can expect to:

  • Interact with our guests - listen to their ideas and make recommendations on the best bread and sweet treats
  • Offer samples to our guests and encourage them to add additional items to their shopping carts to help contribute to department sales goals
  • Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor is filled with products and our guests are satisfied with our offerings and services
  • Practice good food safety and follow general workplace safety procedures to ensure we're a safe place to work and shop
  • Work with a REMARKABLE team Have fun at work and build friendships that will last a lifetime

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age;
  • Previous Bakery retail/customer service experience preferred
