You will provide ship acquisition and project management support to Special Mission new construction ships.
You will manage program aspects of Special Mission in concert with the Assistant Program Manager (APM).
You will assist the management and development of required DoD acquisition documentation.

You will manage the development of program input and preparation of contract documentation in support of the SEA 02 Contracting Officer.

You will assist with the establishment of program goals and objectives, development of resource estimates, and determination of resource allocations.

You will analyze and resolve complex program issues concerning ship systems including developmental and operational testing, and system performance related aspects, in support of program objectives and requirements.

You will provide planning, direction, and coordination for all program reviews and Test and Evaluation activities during acquisition and operational phases of the ships' life cycle.

You will provide written and oral presentations to support program requirements or changes.

You will execute program plans to achieve milestones and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with acquisition issues.
