As a key member of our financial management division, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring employees, directing work assignments, and providing technical guidance on financial management analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor employees to ensure they are trained and positions are staffed appropriately.
  • Direct and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion of financial management analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance on financial management analysis, including budget estimates and financial reporting.
  • Ensure organizational financial practices are in compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Formulate budget estimates to support organizational plans, programs, and activities.
Requirements
  • At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
  • Experience must demonstrate the following: performing work consisting of a systematic examination and appraisal of financial records, financial and management reports, management controls, programs, policies, and practices.
