Job Title: Lead Product Consultant - TechnicalLocation: RemoteJob ID: SO# Roles/Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the pre sales stage (e.g. preparation of marketing materials and collaterals, client calls, demos) proposals and business development activities to ensure functional expertise;
  • Create solutions based on the customer needs and review estimates to prepare for RFIs and RFPs;
  • Seek opportunities in mining the relationship to provide lasting value to the customer and share the same with the account team.
  • Perform analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of quality custom solutions within the software development life cycle in Healthcare domain.
  • Design and develop moderate to complex software applications to meet the customers' business needs.
  • Validation and gaining approval of technical and business requirements to ensure both feasibility and completeness of solutions.
  • Estimate work efforts, delivery time lines, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete software development activities.
  • Develop software development project plans incorporating all possible project variables.
  • Conduct periodic status checks with the development team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary.
  • Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate.
Qualifications:Must Have Skills:
  • Work experience in Healthcare IT industry.
  • Experience in TriZetto products - Facets.
  • Consulting and Customer facing experience.
  • At least one of the following programming skill sets combinations –
  • 2+ years' experience in .Net or in SQL Programming.
  • Strong SQL programming experience in Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server platform.
  • Knowledge of object oriented design and development.
  • Experience in writing and utilizing Web Services.
  • Working experience in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Experience in working on a mid-size project team.
  • Ability to demonstrate an engaging, professional behavior while listening and communicating with SMEs on all levels.
  • Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain composure in highly stressful or adverse situations.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
Secondary Desired Skills:
  • Experience in other TriZetto products including NetworX, Care Advance, Elements, and QNXT.
  • Experience in TriZetto Hosting center architecture and processes.
  • Basic programming experience in Perl or VB Script.

Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted till Aug 4th 2024

The annual salary for this role is between $90K-$162K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
