Job Title: Sr. Solution Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Solution Consultant to join our sales engineering team at Peach Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering our FinTech system to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end technical sales process for new customer sales, ensuring seamless delivery of our FinTech system.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and architect a solution that meets their requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical sales materials, including solution architecture maps, to convey platform capabilities to customers.
  • Collaborate with the product team to draft statements of work (SOW) solutions for prospective customers.
  • Configure and maintain sandbox environments for prospects during evaluation.
  • Work closely with account executives to manage risk throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or solution architecture roles, preferably in the banking or FinTech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to design technical solution architecture maps with system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of the banking and fintech industry, including retail banking, small business, deposits, lending, payments, or card issuing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other STEM field; a master's degree is preferred.
