As a Dispute Resolver Intern, you'll be responsible for working closely with our Dispute Team in researching and resolving root causes.

What you'll do
  • Validate appropriate data from internal and third-party systems and ensure appropriate course of action
  • Investigate and gather all relevant information through to resolution
  • Research problems, recognize patterns/root causes and recommend and coordinate resolutions working closely with other teams where necessary to promote error prevention
  • Partner with Credit & Collections, Cash Applications, Logistics, and Pricing teams as part of investigation, resolution, and problem-solving
Your qualifications
  • Must be currently in pursuit of a BA/BS preferably in Finance or Supply Chain
  • Build trusted relationships (internal/external stakeholders) with strong influencing skills; strong coordination and communication skills
  • Problem solving leveraging standard practices and encourages cooperation across boundaries
  • Process driven with excellent time and project management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with spreadsheets, databases, pivot tables and data query logic

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
