The Vision Care division of Bausch & Lomb focuses on contact lenses and lens care solutions, catering to common eye conditions such as Myopia, Hyperopia, Astigmatism, and Presbyopia. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Development: Formulate and implement the vision and strategy for eCommerce platforms, spearheading new business initiatives and models for the eCommerce team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure alignment with internal and external partners while fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track essential metrics to assess progress and adapt strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Project Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, and prioritize tasks while communicating milestones and managing cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Collaborate with field sales and national account teams to support tailored business strategies for customers.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage promotional budgets effectively, focusing on optimizing return on investment.
  • Innovative Thinking: Explore and implement new eCommerce business models and platforms through strategic partnerships with retailers and vendors to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Negotiation Skills: Act as a skilled negotiator to maximize vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct customer sales within the contact lens, medical device, or consumer marketing sectors, with a strong preference for eCommerce and platform experience.
  • Cross-functional experience in sales and technology is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and resolving challenges in complex business scenarios.
  • Proficient in digital tools, including web applications, MS Office, and sales database software.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Influence and drive change collaboratively in a large-scale environment.
    • Adapt to a dynamic, matrixed setting with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
