About the Job

Cyfle is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team. As a Geotechnical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading geotechnical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including geotechnical engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet their needs.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical project management, including experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
