This full-time position involves answering patient calls, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring timely resolutions. Training will be provided on-site for 90 days.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from patients
  • Address patient billing inquiries
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Analyze and resolve patient account balances
  • Collect payments and post adjustments
  • Follow customer service protocols
  • Document account activity

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of call center experience
  • Familiarity with computer applications
  • Typing skills of 25+ WPM
  • Reside within a commutable distance of the office
  • Flexible to work full-time shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of billing or collections experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
