Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze accounting and finance data to produce statements, schedules, filings, and reports. Assist in preparing complex reports.
  • Maintain standardized accounting reports on a day-to-day basis.
  • Review procedures in assigned area to suggest improvements for management decision-making.
  • Reconcile and adjust journal entries and accounting classifications as needed.
  • Coordinate accounting activities with other departments, divisions, and external parties.
  • Perform additional assigned duties.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Field of Study: Accounting.
Experience: Typically, 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
Insurance accounting or public accounting audit background preferred.
