Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Richfield, Ohio. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Real Estate or Public Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

  • Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial data.

  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Real Estate, property management or Public Accounting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • CPA certification is a plus.
