Lifeworks Services is seeking an experienced Information Technology Director to lead our IT team and drive technology strategies and solutions for the organization.
The IT Director will work closely with senior technology leadership to develop and implement technology strategies and solutions, manage IT functions, and provide supervision to a team of 5-10 direct reports.
The ideal candidate will have advanced network administration and troubleshooting skills, as well as experience working effectively with others to reach common goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and provide leadership for implementation, management, compliance, and monitoring of all IT infrastructure systems, enterprise applications, integration platforms, business intelligence and reporting, and information security programs.
- Lead, coach, develop, and supervise a collaborative and positive team of direct reports.
- Establish and continuously monitor development and performance plans for direct reports; foster a team culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate with VP of IT and business leaders to develop and translate long-range strategic objectives and roadmaps into executable near-term actions.
- Develop, review, and manage IT budgets.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions.
- Regular attendance, reliability, and punctuality is necessary to meet the needs of the business.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Experience working effectively with others to reach common goals and objectives.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and strengthen relationships with current and new community.
