As a Child Care Teacher at Bright Horizons, your role will include:

  • Developing and leading activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs
  • Communicating regularly with parents and documenting important milestones in each child's day
  • Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to necessary procedures and guidelines
Requirements:

All candidates must successfully pass mandated state and company background screenings while meeting the minimum educational and experiential criteria set by these entities:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Preferably have completed early childhood coursework, CDA, or hold a degree in the field
  • Desirable minimum of six months working experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings

Compensation Range: $ $23.20

The compensation range indicated here, or discussed during the interview process, represents Bright Horizons' good-faith estimation for this job position. Actual compensation offers will be influenced by various factors such as experience, education, certifications, location, and other pertinent business considerations.
