As a Child Care Teacher at Bright Horizons, your role will include:
- Developing and leading activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs
- Communicating regularly with parents and documenting important milestones in each child's day
- Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to necessary procedures and guidelines
All candidates must successfully pass mandated state and company background screenings while meeting the minimum educational and experiential criteria set by these entities:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Preferably have completed early childhood coursework, CDA, or hold a degree in the field
- Desirable minimum of six months working experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings

Compensation Range: $ $23.20
The compensation range indicated here, or discussed during the interview process, represents Bright Horizons' good-faith estimation for this job position. Actual compensation offers will be influenced by various factors such as experience, education, certifications, location, and other pertinent business considerations.
