**Job Summary**

We are seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at Abacus Early Learning Center. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young students.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement and follow state regulations and Abacus policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Provide individualized care and attention to the needs of all children in your care.
  • Develop and implement weekly lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students.
  • Track and record daily activities, including developmental milestones and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.

**Requirements**

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Meet all State Requirements.
