As a remote work environment, we prioritize work-life balance, transparency, and collaboration. Our innovative approach to customer satisfaction, recognized as a competitive advantage in our customer-centric Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, sets us apart.

About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a hands-on and data-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead our efforts in both areas, reporting directly to our CEO. This unique role combines two traditionally separate functions to leverage a common skill set and resources, creating a more integrated and efficient approach to scale our established and successful go-to-market strategy and product platform.

Rationale: Our HTML-based product relies heavily on inbound marketing for demand generation and maintaining communication within our customer base and a large portfolio of solutions. By analyzing customer interactions through Pendo and using generative AI, we gain insights into user behavior and product enhancements. Our marketing strategy involves LinkedIn Product Pages and SEO tools to attract customers with educational messages derived from use cases adopted by our customers. With 24,000 unique solutions available for upgrades, our integrated approach ensures marketing efforts are informed by product insights, enhancing both customer engagement and product development.

What You'll Do - Marketing and Communications:

  • Develop and execute bold marketing campaigns to promote our solutions as a paradigm shift in corporate governance.
  • Create attention-grabbing advertising campaigns highlighting unethical behaviors in corporate settings.
  • Design and launch viral social media challenges to engage corporate employees and executives.
  • Organize interactive webinars and workshops to educate corporate leaders on ethical dilemmas and decision-making processes.
  • Produce reports and whitepapers with startling statistics on corporate fraud, waste, and negligence.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create content addressing work-from-home challenges.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with business schools, corporate governance institutes, and ethical business organizations.
  • Implement and monitor an SEO strategy integrating provocative content and targeted keywords.

What You'll Do - Product Management:

  • Oversee the business-to-tech specification process, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Prioritize customer ease-of-use enhancement requests to drive product adoption.
  • Utilize tools like Pendo and generative AI to analyze user behavior and improve product usability.
  • Manage the product lifecycle focusing on customer needs and proven customer use cases.
  • Translate our visionary CEO's product vision into actionable plans.
  • Manage release cycles and analyze post-release user statistics to ensure target adoption.
  • Monitor Product Engagement Scores (PES) to ensure customer health and solution adoption.

About You And What Skills You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role in the SaaS industry under 500 employees.
  • Exceptional creativity and intuition for creating engaging and controversial content.
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for viral marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in inbound marketing techniques, including content creation and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt strategies based on performance data.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Experience: 7+ years in marketing, consulting, or communications.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, organizational skills, and critical thinking.
  • Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available).
