Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze crucial data to understand the performance and lifecycle of our hardware assets.
  • Adhere to processes to gather and analyze data relating to technology hardware asset life cycles and related processes
  • Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement in cost, value, and risk management related to our technology assets.
  • Participate in all stages of the hardware lifecycle, from hardware asset leasing to IT asset disposition (ITAD).
  • Keep our ServiceNow IT Asset Registry accurate and well-integrated with other systems for seamless data flow by facilitating in the maintenance of ITAM practices.
  • Make sure the hardware asset data is readily accessible to support essential business operations.
  • Build relationships with key hardware sourcing vendors to ensure effective IT Asset Management.
  • Actively participate in various projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and convey information both in writing and verbally.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a global team.
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and can tackle any problem with a logical approach.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or Asset Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (preferred) and SAP (preferred).
