About this Position:

This position manages functions to support the Divisions PSP and PE WS/RS business plan, the PSP and PE Dealer network and all Divisional Systems and Sales Reporting.

The three Unit areas that fall under this department are -

1. Sales Promo and Rider Education

2. Dealer Network and Dealer Admin

3. Systems and Sales Reporting

  • Manage the development of all WS & RS programs
  • Manage and direct the 4 Rider Ed Centers across the US
  • Manage the complete Dealer Network
  • Manage all internal System needs and theme sheets
  • Manage the divisional daily sales reports and MIC monthly data

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for promotions to achieve Retail & Wholesale Objectives by model
  • Manage the Dealer Network (960 PSP Dealers and 3000+ PE Dealers)
  • Manage the Powerhouse Program while growing these dealers from 50 to 100
  • Manage all 4 Rider Education Centers while creating dealer support programs for product usage
  • Manage Divisional Market Research and Experience Insights
  • Manage the divisions Powersports Dealer Advisory Board (PDAB)

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

  • 10+ years PSP/PE/Auto industry experience
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Demonstrated management level visionary leadership

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or 10+ years of equivalent work experience in the PSP/Auto industry

Desired skills:

  • PC literate in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with especially strong skills in Advanced Excel
  • Honda system knowledge, including Document Direct, Business Objects, and SAP
  • Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage and motivate direct reports and other department associates to maximize their potential
  • Proficient in the use of analysis, action planning and follow up
  • PSP industry business acumen across OEM and Dealer areas
