Our business and the industrial market are rapidly growing - today we work with some of the largest companies in the world including household names like GM, Bp Oil, SpaceX, and Boeing. We are onboarding customers quickly as economic savings, shipping and manufacturing delays, and social forces such as net-zero goals drive more enterprises to prioritize asset recovery.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Project Manager to spearhead the on-site implementation of Aucto's software products. This individual will be responsible for cataloging customer assets and providing support for account setup and maintenance.

The position will involve considerable travel and occasional weekend or off-hours work. When not on-site at a customer facility, the Field Project Manager will assist our Customer Success team by executing special projects and initiatives, resolving customer issues, and conducting training and customer onboarding sessions.

Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to shape our processes from the ground up, and their insights and feedback will be integral to our success.

  • Utilize your in-depth product knowledge to increase customer awareness of additional Aucto products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams on sale event administration, special projects and field initiatives.
  • Meaningfully influence our products and process. You'll leverage your customer interactions to generate and share insights with our internal teams to help refine our products and process

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills
  • Ability and desire to work in an environment that is, at times, physically demanding and will require standing, walking, and the occasional moving of items (up to 50lbs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Experience or strong interest in working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, Sales, and our Leadership to influence company-wide initiatives
  • Self-starter attitude and the willingness to "roll up your sleeves"
  • Passion for environmental causes and for building a business from the ground up
