Deal Operations Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $35/hr

- 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment
Deal Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage changes over the contract lifecycle, foster good working relationships with internal and external partners, assist in data entry and maintenance of several key databases, provide reporting to support departmental operational activities, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of our contract data.
- Rights Management & Payment Operations: The Associate Manager, Deal Operations works closely with our Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, and Metadata Teams as well as external partners to on-board new partners, enter terms in our contract database, update internal trackers, request upfront payments, and kick off contractually required next steps downstream. They ensure that existing processes are followed and are responsible for developing and implementing new processes where necessary.
- Deal Implementation Strategy & Execution: The Associate Manager, Deal Operations is a subject matter expert on deal implementation. They drive implementation of new contracts and contract changes at the deal, payment, and title level across relevant systems and teams. They perform monthly and quarterly reviews to ensure changes are implemented consistently and correctly.
