About the Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis is a critical position responsible for driving financial planning and analysis activities within Ferrero USA for the total cookies portfolio. This highly visible role will be responsible for day-to-day FP&A activities, create and support reporting and presentations to the Senior Leadership Team. In addition, this role will drive best-in-class improvements in process and analytical capabilities across the total Ferrero USA organization, including driving the design and rollout of PowerBI reporting across the total Ferrero USA finance organization. This position will interface with finance and cross-functional contacts across the Cookies business in support of these responsibilities. The Senior Analyst reports to the Manager – FP&A Cookies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive rollout of PowerBI reporting (including dashboard design / automation) across total Ferrero organization to improve data availability / granularity and enhance organizational decision-making
  • Support monthly reporting and analysis of financial results to leadership including preparation of monthly operating review materials, business metrics tracking, and other ad hoc reporting
  • Support forecasting, planning, and analysis modeling and processes including strategic planning
  • Support to and strict collaboration/exposure with the Manager FP&A and Ferrero USA finance leadership in preparation of financial and business presentations to Top Executives, Committees and Board
  • Prepare cross-functional reporting and analysis, participate in meetings to review performance with functional owners to contribute to financial performance and business growth
  • Develop routines, business reviews and cross-functional alignment processes
  • Provide financial support to Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams
  • Drive best-in-class improvements in process and analytical capabilities in key FP&A areas of responsibility including:
  • Annual and 3 year Planning modeling and processes
  • Monthly financial reporting and analysis
  • Profitability modeling and analysis
  • Lead and/or provide support for strategic projects and initiatives (e.g. M&A integration support)
Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • PowerBI report development experience strongly preferred
  • SAP and financial planning tools experience
  • Heavy exposure to financial reporting and analysis (experience in the CPG industry is preferred)
  • Previous experience in a big Four or consulting company a plus
