- Manage the Net Patient Service Revenue (NPSR) close process and compile monthly net revenue documentation.
- Conduct thorough monthly accounts receivable reconciliations and related financial assessments.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and address issues affecting revenue cycle efficiency.
- Assist in the formulation of annual net revenue budgets and long-term financial strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive analyses and documentation for internal and external financial audits concerning Net Revenue and Reimbursement.

Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables.
- Excellent problem-solving and financial analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and interact with all levels of personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA certification or a master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in reimbursement and revenue cycle management.
- Familiarity with Crowe's Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) tool.
