Job Title: Enterprise Systems Engineer

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Engineer to support a DOD logistics SAP/ERP data migration effort.

About the Role

The Enterprise Systems Engineer will provide technical expertise to the customer by consulting with stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support requirements definition and coordination with government and contractor stakeholders to develop LogIT solutions.
  • Document data exchanges and requirements to support logistics and sustainment activities, including provisioning and cataloguing, logistics product data, and requisitions/fills.
  • Exercise audit readiness expertise to perform activities such as enhancing systems materiel data harvesting and implementing metrics reporting tools to support lifecycle management decision-making.
  • Identify and document structured and unstructured sustainment data and develop an approach to enable DoD organizations to upload, search, and access relevant supply chain and maintenance data for future data mining actions.
  • Determine and document data sharing pathways and bilateral agreements, addressing intellectual property and technical data matters to enable supply support and maintenance planning.
  • Provide technical support and solutioning to government data requirements out of prime vendor systems.
  • Interact professionally with clients and internal teams, gathering requirements and documenting work in a ticketing system, designing and implementing new feature additions and improvements.
  • Support capabilities briefings for military personnel and create a cooperative work environment.
Requirements
  • Active SECRET clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience working within the DoD Logistics IT enterprise, preferably with Dept. of Navy, Dept. of Air Force, or DLA systems.
  • Experience in documenting data exchanges and requirements to support logistics and sustainment activities.
  • Experience in exercising audit readiness expertise and identifying and documenting structured and unstructured sustainment data.
  • Experience in capabilities and requirements analysis, information security systems engineering principles, and system life cycle management principles.
