Creative Project Manager

Impact XM develops solutions for virtual and live events. We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team. The Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and overall operations of Impact XM's Creative Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assign creative projects to appropriate Creative team members and manage overall bandwidth across the team
  • Assess and identify when additional resources are needed, full-time and freelance
  • Maintain the creative schedule and status across all projects and team members
  • Work with Creative leads to develop project estimates and timelines
  • Monitor and track timesheets, billing and department finances
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to process
  • Participates weekly status meetings and project kickoffs
  • Coordinates with outside vendors to facilitate PO's & invoices
  • Schedules and confirms meetings for internal creative reviews
  • Ensure the utmost accuracy and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Manage information disbursement to drive projects through Impact XM's systems, including maintaining Work Orders, Creative Briefs and Design Schedule, and communicating information to all departments in an effective manner.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 3-5 years' experience in an agency setting in account or project management or similar experience successfully executing projects and programs and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of all Design programs, Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software, Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and 3d Design software a plus but not mandatory
  • Superior organization skills, high attention to detail; excellent follow-up skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals internally and externally.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; taking ownership of meeting and striving to exceed his/her commitments
  • Exhibits the ability to multi-task, must be versatile and thrive under severe time constraints and immovable deadlines; works well under pressure
  • A team player with a great sense of humor and positive attitude; thoughtful and conscientious
  • Embodies flexibility, open-mindedness and receptivity; forward thinking with the desire to learn and grow
  • Experience with trade show and live events preferred but not required.
