Position Summary:
As a Project Engineering Manager I, you will play a vital role in the development and delivery of next-generation airborne command systems. This position involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final release, ensuring that all activities are well-coordinated and aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage projects from inception to completion, interfacing with clients and field personnel on technical issues as necessary.
- Review and control project status, budgets, and schedules, preparing comprehensive status reports.
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives, including identifying and resolving issues and planning contingencies.

Business Area:
The Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), Aviation, and Security (IAS) division is recognized as a leader in the integration of manned and unmanned aircraft systems, delivering innovative solutions that consistently meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and typically 8 or more years of technical experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
- Basic knowledge of requirements management and system integration.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of leadership or project management experience.
- Familiarity with managing flight test programs, including test planning and execution.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Background in FAA and Military aircraft certification processes.
