Job Overview

Our expertise encompasses both heavy and light construction projects, supported by a dedicated in-house design team.

The Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing project costs and timelines, while ensuring seamless coordination of onsite activities with the project superintendent and FCC's safety and quality teams.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Project
  • Experienced with Procore construction management software
  • Strong foundation in architectural and civil engineering, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector
Core Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all FCC standard operating procedures
  • Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budgetary constraints
  • Engage daily with the project superintendent and subcontractors for effective coordination
  • Plan for long-term project needs, ensuring timely procurement of long lead items
  • Manage and review subcontractor/vendor billings, generating monthly invoices for clients
  • Assess and manage project equipment and manpower requirements
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
