Sales and Service Coordinator

Your Role at Sephora: As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for every customer. You will assist in various aspects of sales and service activities, such as paid services, events, classes, loyalty programs, cash management, and team training at your store. If you thrive in retail sales environments, value customer service, and enjoy working collaboratively, this position is tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales and Service Initiatives: Ensure a top-notch shopping experience by supporting all sales and service activities.
- Coordinating Paid Services, Events, and Classes: Manage and coordinate paid services, events, and classes.
- Implementing Loyalty Programs: Assist in implementing and managing loyalty programs.
- Handling Cash: Responsible for smooth cash handling processes during checkouts.
- Training Store Team: Educate the store team on service offerings, customer experience, and key areas of focus.
- Prior experience in retail sales and service, ideally in a coordinator capacity.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and working in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities in the store environment.
- Flexible availability to work during busy retail hours.
- Consistent and punctual attendance record.
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
