Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive facility management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, resourceful, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, procurement, health & safety), oversee facilities operations, and much more.

We'll look to you for:

  • Work with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and supervise project completion.,
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.,
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and machinery, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other related infrastructure.,
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand their needs for space, electricity, water, and other services.,
  • Monitor the procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventories are accurate and sufficient for business operations.,
  • Manage the production transformation process, including planning and coordinating major production changes.

  • Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree,
  • Experience or understanding of facility management practices and leadership.,
  • Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.,
  • Familiarity with project management, negotiations, and contract management.,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
