This position is crucial for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to achieve production, maintenance, safety, quality, and sanitation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all operational activities within the plant, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently.
- Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety, along with employee well-being.

- Provide valuable feedback to corporate regarding process changes and their implications for products and personnel.
