In this role, you will be tasked with advocating for the needs of Veteran patients at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Your core responsibilities will encompass coordinating care with the Medical Center and various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to all clinic protocols, and promoting a supportive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance management
  • Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and infection control standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and patient representation
  • Manage information systems and cybersecurity measures
  • Engage in quality enhancement initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and conflict management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
  • Experience in high-level customer service environments
  • Collaborative and professional team contributor
  • Current RN state license is preferred
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role within patient care
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN is preferred
