KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide nursing care as directed by physicians and clinic management, addressing the comprehensive needs of patients.
- Supervise and mentor support staff to uphold high standards of care.
- Engage in team meetings to enhance care coordination.
- Work closely with the Primary Care Physician to ensure adequate staffing and continuity of care between facilities.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and universal precautions.
- Accurately document patient interactions to ensure quality care and continuity.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Surgical Units, Outpatient Facilities, Primary Care, or Adult Health.
- Possession of an active and unrestricted nursing license in the relevant state.
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification from a recognized organization.
- Strong grasp of professional nursing principles and practices.
- Ability to assess patient conditions and respond effectively in emergencies.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Involves moderate physical activity, including lifting objects up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Primarily an office setting, with readiness to respond to medical emergencies as needed.
COMPENSATION: $31.61 per hour
