About the Role

As a CBRE Fleet Manager, you will assist to supervise and coordinate the fleet management program which encompasses different fleet management modalities and a variety of vehicles models and consists of the acquisition, fit-out, delivery, maintenance, and replacement of company vehicles.

What You'll Do

Coordinate all suppliers involved in fleet management process. Monitor performance and service based on the contractual agreements.

Generate regular reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance and operational efficiency.

Provide regular feedback to client counterparts, according to the agreed governance rhythm.

Find opportunities for process improvement and implementing standard methodologies to enhance fleet performance and efficiency.

Collaborate with the teams to ensure the correct receipt of invoices and monitor the allocation to the correct cost center.

Supervise monthly payments, balance and expiration of contract and supervise the billing process.

Manage the delivery and updating of master data from client HR services to the fleet management provider during onboarding, offboarding, and any subsequent changes.

Provide support in resolving issues between the fleet management provider and other fleet suppliers or counterparts. Assist drivers in addressing any service-related concerns.

Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition. Plan and coordinate both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Manage and reduce fleet-related costs, including those for fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other expenses.

Supervise the vehicle lifecycle, including acquiring new vehicles as needed and disposing of old ones appropriately.

Implement sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact, including reducing carbon emissions and optimizing resource use.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they follow safety and regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and operational data for analysis and reporting.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Previous experience in fleet vehicle management and vehicle mechanics and maintenance preferred.

Possess and maintain a valid state Driver's License. May travel up to 10%.

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Ability to guide the exchange of difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
