Senior Azure/MERN Production Support Lead

Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior MERN Stack Production Support Lead to join our team. As the Senior Production Support Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and support of our MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack applications and other legacy applications in a production environment. You will lead a team of production support engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our applications.   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support processes.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a support lead.
  • Experience working and supporting enterprise cloud solutions using modern technology stack like MERN.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of production support engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $81,400 to $162,700.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
