Job Description: Program Management Office (PMO) Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proven Program Management Office (PMO) Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an execution minded, strategic thinker, high collaborator with a solid background in managing large transformation initiatives involving systems, processes, and data requirements and requiring thoughtful change management considerations.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, lead and manage the p44 Finance Program Management Office (PMO) to support cross-functional project execution, ensuring projects are defined properly and delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Lead the Finance Fit for Growth Program to establish best in class processes and systems across the key operational workflows including Quote to Order, Order to Cash, Service to Value, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay. Lead Project Agility to enable p44 to act and operate like a Public Company. Establish and lead cross functional plan to ensure IPO readiness. Develop and enforce best practices in project and change management, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Drive the automation and optimization of systems and process data to enhance efficiency and accuracy across projects. Act as the primary point of contact and collaboration bridge between the finance team and other organizational departments, ensuring seamless communication and integration of financial processes. Oversee the integration and implementation of SaaS solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and standards. Manage the PMO's resources, budget, and staffing, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business. Directly manage consultancy resources to ensure ongoing cadence and accountability to program timelines, deliverables, reporting, and management presentations. Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in project and change management, incorporating best practices into PMO operations. Experience in preparing for and executing IPOs is highly regarded, as is the ability to navigate the complexities of global project environments.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a PMO, project, and change management role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS and related technologies. Demonstrated experience with key operational workflows for SaaS business models and systems, including Adaptive, NetSuite, CPQ, and Payroll, and a proven ability to liaise effectively between finance and other business units. Exceptional skills in managing automation and systems process data, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Prior involvement in IPO processes offering valuable insights and expertise to our business strategy. Global project management experience is essential, showcasing the ability to navigate and succeed in diverse and challenging international business environments. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving strategic objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable.
