Position Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and maintain financial records for accuracy across two UK based entities, performing monthly account reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of VAT tax returns.
  • Oversee daily transactions for bank accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable to guarantee on-time vendor payments.
  • Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Utilize FinancialForce and Great Plains for storing, recording, and analyzing financial data.
  • Adhere to corporate financial regulations and policies.
  • Process and reconcile payroll reports obtained from a third-party provider.
  • Support financial audits as required.
  • Create ad hoc financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budget creation and reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
