Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented, and hardworking individual to join our Corporate Access Team. The team is part of the Global Research department and interfaces with multiple constituencies within the firm, the investment community, and our corporate clients while providing our Equity and FICC investing clients with access to management teams through Non Deal Roadshows, Field Trips and Investor Conferences and support of analyst marketing.

Responsibilities:

Interface with Corporate Access team on non-deal roadshow, field trip and conference related items from beginning to endInteract with sector professionals including research, sales & trading and investment banking across divisions to gain a broader understanding of the corporate communityBuild a strong working relationship with salespeople, sales-traders, research analysts, buy-side and sell-side customers, investment banking and capital marketsWork with our CA Team and sales force to ensure our best institutional accounts are given access to managementUtilize our internal systems to arrange all client meeting schedulesProvide onsite support at event (group meetings, conferences, etc)Partner with our Corporate Events team on conferencesObtain feedback from institutional investors and draft feedback reportsRequired Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessionalism and comfort interfacing with senior people, both internally and with our corporate clientsProficiency with MS Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and willingness to learn new systems and technologiesAbility to communicate ideas in a professional and articulate mannerAbility to multi-task and work under pressureAbility to work independently but also contribute to the team based atmosphereDemonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environmentQuick learner with a pro-active approachFlexible working style to be able to work successfully across several analyst teams Demonstrated team player mentality and the ability to develop relationships across a broad ranges of constituenciesA basic understanding of the Equity/FICC markets businessPreferred Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years experience in corporate accessDemonstrated ability to make good business judgments quickly and pro-actively ask questionsStrong written and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel periodically for events held outside the NYC area (when appropriate)Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
