Brightspeed is looking for a driven, creative, and energetic Carrier Relations Manager to join our team You will have a proven track record for getting things done and maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability. In this role, you will be responsible for contracting and procurement of network services to provide to, and support solutions for Brightspeed customers. You will interact with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Network Planning to ensure support for Off-Net services. You will also manage relationships with vendors including contracts, service level agreements, and billing disputes.
As the Carrier Relations Manger, you will have the following duties:
Interface with Engineering and Network Planning to procure network services and interconnections and manages service levels for field level build, operations, and maintenance of services including Internet connections, and Voice connections and Usage.
Negotiate and manage contracts and relationships with vendors that supply network services to Brightspeed.
Work with Product Management to effectively deliver finished network services to customers and develop local access products for off-net locations.

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in carrier relations.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage the success of multiple projects concurrently.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and channel management colleagues to support revenue growth.
Must be an enthusiastic self-starter, able to work independently and manage a small team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
