Project Management Supervisor

This role is responsible for supervising a team of support and production level employees in Test and Validation. The successful candidate will manage small engineering projects, forecast project revenues, and assist the management team in achieving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a staff of hourly and support employees to ensure quality work production
  • Providing technical leadership to team members on testing and validation protocols
  • Alerting and assisting the management team in addressing technical issues during testing
  • Scheduling and overseeing customer and engineering performance testing of large water-cooled chillers

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in a Technical Field and 3+ years of laboratory experience, or equivalent commercial HVAC experience. Strong trouble-shooting skills and familiarity with large commercial equipment are essential.
