Develop performance plans and rate employees.
Interview candidates for subordinate positions; recommend hiring, promotion, or reassignments.
Provides non-opioid based pain management treatment strategies, including interventional procedures, pain physical therapy, pain psychology, acupuncture, yoga, tai chi, medical massage, chiropractic care, and targeted pharmacological intervention.
Provides care in intensive outpatient program setting with a holistic health approach.Works closely with rehabilitation providers and interventionalists to tailor programming toward the needs of our unique population.
Provides education and outreach services to primary care clinics and participate in research studies.
