Your role:

  • Management of Trade-ins from Philips Trade-in desk for all competitive equipment (Communication, Payment, Updates in status, etc.)
  • Direct working relationship with NATID, including communication with PMs regarding updates and status changes on projects.
  • Trade in Desk Management:
    • Responsible/lead point of contact for Philips trade-in desk for competitive equipment
    • Manage deinstallation and transportation for all systems purchased through Trade-in desk. Broker Management
    • Identify and vet all system brokers
    • Point of contact for all system brokers for AllParts across all modalities for trade-in desk bidding
    • Negotiate and resolve any conflicts with all system brokers and market.
  • Vendor Management
    • Sole contact for all APM approved brokers and suppliers for equipment purchasing
    • Resolve vendor conflicts for all items at APM

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in Imaging Equipment experience including a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
  • Your skills include strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition; you have the ability to effectively manage Brokers in terms of customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, successfully managing a budget and utilizing an P&L reporting system
  • You have a BA or BS in business or similar field or equivalent education/experience
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You have the ability to work cohesively and effectively with employees at all levels/departments of the organization, demonstrated leadership skills, disciplined and timely use of customer escalation tools/procedures, available to 24 X 7 via phone as per schedule
