Brand Development Manager - Bespoken Spirits, Inc.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Brand Development Manager to join our team at Bespoken Spirits, Inc.

As the Brand Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and promoting sales by providing staff training and brand education at both on-premise and off-premise accounts.

Your primary focus will be expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and most importantly, DRIVING SALES.


Responsibilities:
1.

Sales and Account Management:
Identify and target on-premise and off-premise accounts, including bars, restaurants, country clubs, resorts, liquor stores, and other establishments.

Drive sales by developing and executing effective relationship building skills, relevant fact-finding skills to authentically help the customer and by exhibiting genuine passion for our brands.

2.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, on-premise accounts, retailers, and industry influencers. Collaborate with them to promote our brand and secure prominent placements and ongoing partnerships. 3.

Brand Advocacy:
Act as a brand advocate, embodying the values of our brands. Champion the brands by effectively communicating their unique qualities and advantages to potential customers and partners.

Training and Education:

Conduct comprehensive training sessions for staff at on-premise and off-premise accounts, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products, brand story, and key selling points.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to help them effectively promote, focus on, and sell our products.
5.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on personal sales performance and KPI's.
6.

Events and Product demonstration:
Plan and execute promotional events and local tastings at account level to increase brand visibility and generate sales. 7. Manage personal sales budget and submit expenses ahead of deadline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience selling within the beverage industry.
  • Experience selling spirits to both onpremise and offpremise within the state of Texas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the brand's story and value proposition.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills, with a track record of successfully closing sales and managing key relationships in accounts.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility with personal schedule to be in the market during evenings and weekends, as needed.
