Role Overview:
The position of Global Brand Associate Director involves overseeing strategic planning and commercialization efforts on a global scale, contributing to pre-launch and launch activities, competitive strategies, budget management, and more. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating commercialization projects with regional teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of brand objectives and strategies, encompassing market research, brand positioning, pre-launch communication, and public relations initiatives.
- Drive lifecycle planning by analyzing market trends and competitive intelligence to enhance brand value.
- Take charge of executing the global brand plan to address key strategic issues for commercial success.
- Provide guidance on commercial brand strategy, ensuring timely resolution of business challenges.
- Ensure cross-functional teams align on projects and that all commercialization activities comply with company policies.
Requirements: Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus on marketing
- Preferably hold an MBA or advanced degree
Experience Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in brand marketing or related field
- At least 1 year in oncology pharmaceutical marketing in key markets
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams is a plus
- Prior oncology sales experience is advantageous
Travel
Expected to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
