Our client, a large healthcare system, is looking for a strong desktop support resource to join their rapid response team. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software for users in a corporate or high pressure enviroment, handling tickets, working with Active Directory, and more.
Candidates MUST have prior desktop experience, local to Manhattan and comfortable coming onsite.
The shift is a second shift, Sunday - Thursday (3PM - midnight)
