We offer equipment repair services, parts, and sales of several different types of equipment from a variety of manufacturers (New Holland, Bobcat, KUHN, Great Plains, and more).

We're hiring a Parts Manager to join our team in Ithaca, MI (about 25 miles south of Mount Pleasant). The Parts Manager is responsible for helping develop and implement parts sales and inventory plans, ensuring profitable and efficient operations within the parts department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day activities for the store's parts department
  • Manage parts department employees including adjusting schedules to meet required coverage
  • Accurate and timely processing of paperwork related to billing, invoicing and other departmental documents
  • Oversee parts inventory, parts sale turns, and meet stock order efficiency targets.
  • Monitor freight account to verify freight is being recovered
  • Complete and finalize parts returns within the required periods of time
  • Oversee showroom parts layouts and displays, and guide staff to improve and maintain parts inventory, storage and organization
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Corporate Parts Manager or General Manager

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two-year minimum experience in the farm equipment industry is required, preferably involving service or parts
  • In-depth knowledge of parts ordering procedures, receiving, and stocking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to safely mount, dismount and operate equipment
  • Must be able to sustain periods of sitting, standing, and squatting
  • Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds
