About the Role
As a Vehicle Handling Team Leader you will lead a growing team of vehicle handling operators. The Vehicle Handling Team is responsible for receiving vehicles, quality inspection of vehicles, performing regular vehicle maintenance checks, and operating a vehicle staging yard. You will be responsible for personnel planning and achieving the defined KPIs within your area of responsibility.
Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the vehicle handling team
  • Personnel planning and responsibility for achieving logistics KPIs (safety, quality, timing, costs, morale)
  • Operational vehicle handling, and staging
  • Development and implementation new vehicle staging processes

Who we are looking for

  • High school Graduate (or equivalent)
  • Planning competence and knowledge of material flow optimization
  • Several years of experiences in logistics (automotive industry preferred)
  • Fluent in English

Your preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Spanish language skills
  • Experience in SAP
  • Basic computer skills, excel skills
  • Driving licence
