Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to field conditions and make independent decisions.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle safely.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Travel Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation to the designated meeting location.

Physical Requirements:

  • RARE (less than 10%): crawling, climbing, gripping, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): standing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, body-twisting, manual dexterity, lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., reaching, and balancing.

  • CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): clear communication, visual acuity, and auditory perception.

Safety Considerations:

Due to the nature of the work, employees must possess adequate vision for distance judgment, maintain focus for extended periods, endure various weather conditions, and wear necessary personal protective equipment. Employees should be capable of entering and exiting vehicles multiple times daily and have the stamina to navigate diverse terrains throughout a standard workday.
