Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive sales incentive compensation programs drives sales performance and aligns with organizational goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to understand business needs, provide thought leadership on sales incentive compensation matters, and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive communication strategies to educate the sales team on incentive plans, ensuring understanding and motivation.
  • Ensure all incentive programs comply with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of existing incentive programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure our sales incentive programs remain competitive and impactful.
  • Develop analytics and dashboarding capabilities to report on key metrics.
  • Conduct ongoing feedback on effectiveness of current sales compensation plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales leaders of each region and segment to define the SIP targets that should be set up annually by sales teams individuals.
  • Owner of calculation quarterly of the SIP bonus performance based on the actuals vs. the SIP KPI targets.
Min. Qualifications
  • 4 year degree from an accredited institution. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years experience on sales incentive compensation plan administration and optimization.
  • Experience in a management role in Finance, Operations, Business Development, or other related fields.
  • Strong project management skills to move projects/tasks forward.
  • Proven experience with systems/tools utilized for sales operations processes such as Salesforce, Excel, Xactly, Tableau, SuccessFactors, GoogleSuite
