Veralto

On September 14, 2022, Danaher announced its intention to separate its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment to create an independent, publicly traded company. The new company will be called Veralto and will be comprised of an outstanding collection of market-leading brands in Danaher's Environmental and Applied Solutions (EAS) segment: Hach, ChemTreat, Trojan, OTT HydroMet, and McCrometer from Danaher's Water Quality Platform and Videojet, Esko, X-Rite Pantone and Linx from the Product Identification Platform. The EAS segment generated revenue of approximately $4.8 billion in 2022 and has a global team of approximately 16,000 associates. About The Role

As the Sr. Identity Engineer, you're at the core of one of the largest services in our global organization. As part of a small group of technology experts, you will identify, recommend and implement innovative solutions and best practices to continuously improve, expand and protect our Identity Services supporting multiple large services and all our associates, worldwide.
Your experience in the identity industry will allow you to lead migrations, integrations and improvement projects, related to our Identity Service to support the growth of Danaher's businesses through, for example, acquisitions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design, build, grow, automate and continuously improve our Identity Service through self-learning, training, collaboration with other industry experts and understanding and translating the need of our customers.
  • Secure our Identity Service to continuously protect our customers, businesses and brands. You will work closely with our Information Security team to validate policy, configuration and identify new threats.
  • Collaborate with a large internal IT group and lead or help others to solve complex problems.
  • Design and build enhancements and improvements and lead migrations and integrations into the identity related services.
  • Mentor, guide, train the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation and site visits.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5+ years hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise solutions architecture where teamwork, communication, scripting, process and monitoring are key elements to success.
  • A proven track-record of successfully participating in secure and reliable implementations of new services as part of a project team.
  • To you a good script is as much fun as reading a good book.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
  • You have significant expertise in the following technologies:
    • Azure Active Directory
    • Active Directory
    • DNS, DHCP, GPO, Trusts
    • AD Migrations
    • AD User Management
    • Authentication services and protocols
    • Scripting with PowerShell
    • Privileged Identity & Access Management
    • Microsoft Windows Server technologies

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing business requirements.
  • Highly collaborative, successful in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
  • Detail and results oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $148,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
