About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IAM Analyst to join our team at Ascension. As a critical member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will play a key role in modernizing our IAM functions with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the review, analysis, and documentation of IAM processes, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts.
  • Identify outdated access control processes and make recommendations to automate, modernize, and strengthen IAM security.
  • Research and recommend approaches for projects and other system administration tasks.
  • Participate in projects as Access Administration SME.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews, including internal and external audits.
  • Document procedures, policies, and controls.
  • Organize and make documentation easily accessible.
  • Ensure content quality through editing and analysis.
  • Research end-user problems and provide accurate resolution to the user community in a timely and effective manner.
  • Advise management on information security policies, standards, procedures, security violations, and security risks.
  • Lead and organize project team meetings using Agile methodology and processes.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in a highly regulated healthcare environment with dedicated security administration and security management functions.
  • Experience in IAM protocols such as SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, OIDC.
  • In-depth knowledge of SailPoint's IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW products.
  • Experience crafting identity lifecycle event flows such as Joiner / Mover / Leaver and access certifications with enterprise IAM / IGA tools.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Previous team lead/management experience in the security administration/IAM/security operations area a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and project teams using Agile methodology.
  • Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing IAM workflows and automation using industry best practice concepts.
  • Knowledge of and experience with AD administration and IAM systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Periodic on-call support after hours and weekends.
Education

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
